Arizona Guard Card

If you do not have an Arizona Guard Card, but meet the requirements and wish to obtain one, then you should attend one of the following eight (8) hour AZ Guard Card.

Arizona Department of Public Safety requires money orders or Cashier’s checks made out for the exact $74.00 fee.

COURSE SUMMARY: This class covers all the required subject matter required by the State of Arizona. Participants will have all required documentation completed, finger printing, photographs, and everything required by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. If you are approved for an AZ Guard Card it is not due for renewal for two years.

We have a refrigerator and microwave for those who wish to bring their own lunch the day of the class. We intend the class to be informative, enjoyable, and your one-stop class for applying for your Arizona Guard Card.


Concealed Weapons Permit

The Concealed Weapons Permit training class is provided for those seeking to learn about gun safety and seeking to achieve their Concealed Weapons Permit in accordance with ARC 13-3112 for Arizona

This class is intended to be very informative with personalized instruction.

Security Officer Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Must have a high school diploma or GED

3. Must have a clean criminal background.

4. Must be able to obtain a state required AZ Guard Card.

5. Must be a non-substance abuser. A condition of employment requires you to successfully complete a drug screen test. We support a drug and alcohol free workplace and you may be subjected to additional tests as a condition of your employment.

6. Must be able to provide I-9 required documents.

7. Must pass E-verification.

8. Must have a means of contact.

9. Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

10. Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to job site.

11. Must be able to work required shifts/days.

12. May be required to work weekends and holidays.

13. You must be able to comply with proper grooming standards, which includes being clean shaven, or if facial hair is permissible, insuring you are properly groomed, no facial piercing or visible body tattoos and you must maintain exceptional social hygiene.

14. Must have strong communication skills, speak, read, and write English.

15. Company policy prohibits your employment, if you are currently employed with another security agency while working for Global Services Group. The only exception is if you are working for in-house security for a non-security company.
